1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the TransGlobal Workshop website ("Workshop"), including registering for online or in-person courses, lectures, workshops, or summits, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Workshop.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to register for or participate in events on Workshop. By using Workshop, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
- To register for events, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Event Registration and Payments
- When you register for an event, you agree to provide complete and accurate registration and payment information.
- Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By completing payment, you agree to be bound by their terms and policies.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy, which will be made available on Workshop.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Workshop to:
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior.
- Post, upload, or transmit any content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of Workshop, including by hacking, introducing malware, or overloading servers.
6. Intellectual Property
- All Workshop content, including course materials, recordings, and event resources, is owned by TransGlobal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or share Workshop content without prior written permission.
7. Communications
By registering for Workshop events, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your registration, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-up notices. You may also opt-in to marketing communications, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
8. Third-Party Services
Workshop may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
9. Privacy
Your use of Workshop is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Workshop and all services provided are offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransGlobal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Workshop or participation in events. Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of Workshop will not exceed the amount you paid for the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Workshop at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without liability or prior notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on Workshop, and continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance.
